Robert N. Fratar, a decorated Vietnam infantry veteran, is an active member of the National Retail Tenants Association (NRTA) and a frequent education presenter and commentator on commercial real estate legal issues. He is an active member of the East Longmeadow, Massachusetts Rotary Club, helping to serve his community, the nation and the world by involvement in numerous Rotary International humanitarian programs.
William F. Kern has served as real estate title counsel for a locally based credit union and for a locally based distributor of petroleum products, both for over 20 years. Additionally, he served for 18 years as a member of the adjunct faculty of the Paralegal Studies Department at Elms College, Chicopee, Massachusetts, where he taught courses on wills and settlement of estates.
Daniel M. Kelly has served as an instructor in the Criminal Justice Program at Holyoke Community College, Holyoke, Massachusetts. He has lectured on various aspects of civil and criminal trial practice for Lorman Education Services, Massachusetts Continuing Education, Inc. and the National Business Institute.
